I read the article
I do not see the "Disable" button to remove the OFX connection.
"If you were previously downloading transactions using OFX Direct Connect, you should remove the OFX connections to the banks before connecting these same banks your accounts with Moneydance+.
To do this, open Moneydance, and select the relevant account in the side bar. Then choose Online > Set Up Online Banking. Select the "Disable" button to remove the OFX connection. "

You need to click on the duplicate entries / row above and disconnect them. Or it might be right click.

Thank you Mr Toolbox,
The manual is wrong.
It says click the "disable button”
What I see is a link in the pull down menu that says “Don’t Connect”
I clicked don’t connect…
Then on the bank name I clicked “Disconnect …”
my duplicated accounts are gone.

Hi Bruce,
I'm sorry for the confusion but the instruction you were trying to follow refer to the OFX service, please see here and not to Moneydance +.
The steps to remove a Moneydance + connection are outlined in this article of the Knowledge Base.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.
