Toolbox and MD+

Is there a detailed set of instructions for using the Toolbox extension with Moneydance+?

I was using MD+/Plaid to download my Vanguard transactions, but I decided to switch to manually downloading OFX from the Vanguard website and importing into Moneydance. I disconnected my Vanguard accounts from MD+/Plaid. Nothing downloads, but the Moneydance status bar still shows attempts to download from Plaid for these accounts. It's not a big deal, but I'd like to clean it up.

I'm sure I can fix this with Toolbox somehow, but I don't know how. Any instructions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

   Hi Thomas,
   Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.

   You should launch the Toolbox and choose Update mode. Then choose Online Banking Functions -> Update Functions -> Cleanup missing Online Banking Links

   Finally restart Moneydance!

   Thank you! Yes, that did exactly what I wanted.

   I think there would be huge value in a Toolbox "cookbook" that lays out common issues like this one and how to use Toolbox to clean them up.

   Side note: This article of the Knowledge Base provides some general information. That being said, some functions do require guidance, so this is the reason we don't recommend using them without consulting us first.
