Lately, Everytime I log into Moneydance and start entering my account registry , I'm notified that access to my Huntington National Bank account has expired and needs to be re-linked! I then have to enter a new 5-digit code from the bank to login. Why is this? I never had to do this before.

    Hi Robert,

This is to inform you that according to Plaid Support the connection issue with Huntington Bank has been resolved.

Firstly, you should navigate to the bank's website to check that your accounts are individually enabled for third party access and they do not require a one-time authorization password, for instance.

Also, please ensure that your accounts are assigned as described in this article.

Finally, select the Online->Setup Moneydance+ menu, then click on an account (not the bank name) in the right column you should see a popup menu.
If you select the Reset Sync Date entry, Moneydance will prompt you upon the next download to select how far back in time you'd like it to request transactions. How far back the transactions actually go is dependent upon the bank and/or their service provider, but Moneydance will request whatever date you specify.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.
