USAA transactions not downloading
When hitting download transactions it connects and says zero downloaded. I have tried restarting the software and I have downloaded the latest update. Neither has helped.
It says "Zero new transactions (of 1 downloaded) for USAA FSB after duplicates removed."

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Note I do have MoneyDance+ and this is a new issue.

Looks like everything is working properly. You have 1 downloaded transaction and it is a duplicate, so no transactions need processing.

When you are downloading from an Aggregator you are not doing an "on demand" download, the aggregators download in batch at various times, the mostly likely explanation is they have not done a download since your last update or it failed, I am assuming that there are new transactions in the first place that are available from the institution.

There are 7 days of transactions that are not downloading. I know from years of using MD and USAA that USAA usually does it at least once a day.

That was back in the direct connect days. MD+/Plaid has delays of 2-7 days depending on the time/situation/bank. I'm sitting on 4 days myself with usaa that i havent gotten from MD+ yet.

No, that was until 7 days ago. I've been using MoneyDance+ since it came out. Downloads usually work daily. If it normally took this long I would have already left MoneyDance.

Are you implying that I'm wrong about my own delays with Usaa? Ive been a usaa member for over 40 years, and for MD helped preserve the usaa direct connection long after usaa quit supporting it. I diagnosed a couple of issues when MD+ started supporting usaa about3 or so years ago. yes usaa is pretty reliable but i remember a 10 day delay about a year or so ago. it does happen.

I can't speak to your experience. I can only tell you I get downloads daily. Every once in a blue moon it doesn't work for 1 day. But since paying for MD+ I've never had to go more than 48 hours without a download.
The last time I had to wait 7 days was when the old system stopped working.

All i can say is that what you are experiencing is rare, but can and does happen. it could also be another issue, but this would be the most likely one. you'll have to give moreinformation than just it's not working, given it is just working as evidenced by the info you have provided thus far.

My USAA downloads came today after an 8 day delay, about as I expected.
