Changing email address Moneydance+ is registered to

I have several email accounts, and I somehow managed to subscribe to the monthly Moneydance+ for $2.12 a month on one email address while subscribing to the full $95 plan providing future updates along with a year of banking access on a second email account. I've tried contacting Paddle.net to see if they could simply move my annual subscription to the email address Moneydance+ is already attached to, but I'm getting zero response from them.

So, short of uninstalling and reinstalling, is there any way to simply change the email address Moneydance+ is checking so it'll see I actually do have an active subscription?

   Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.

   Could you please confirm the email address associated with your Moneydance+ and Moneydance+ add‑on subscriptions?

   Additionally, please confirm whether you wish to cancel the monthly subscription while retaining the yearly subscription.

   To clarify, the monthly Moneydance+ subscription was associated with
   [email blocked]. I have already canceled that subscription, but
   it is the address the software is currently checking.

   The annual subscription is registered under [email blocked]. I
   would like to have the software recognize this active annual subscription.

   You could launch Moneydance, navigate to Extensions->Manage Extensions and install the Toolbox.

   Launch the Toolbox and select Update Mode

   Then, navigate to Menu: Online Banking Tools

   In the resulting window scroll to the very bottom and select:

   Zap your Moneydance + follow the instruction and restart Moneydance.

   Finally, you should be able to activate your currenct subscription and enter the email address: [email blocked]
