Sorry to hear about the problems you've encountered.

We're receiving quite a few reports of problems with the US Bank connection, and we're working to get this resolved now. I have flagged this discussion so you'll be notified when this is fixed, and we'll provide the steps you need to get connected again.

Unfortunately we're still working to get this problem resolved. This discussion has been flagged so you'll be notified as soon as this is fixed.

If you need to update your accounts in the meantime, you can download OFX or QFX files from your banks website and import these files to Moneydance using File --> Import.

You should download using the OFX or QFX file format. These file formats contain unique transaction identifiers. If a transaction is downloaded more than once, Moneydance should recognise the ID and the duplicate will be ignored.

Before you try to import, I'd recommend you take a manual backup via File --> Export Backup. If you encounter any problems, you can restore your data from the back up file, as it was when the backup was created.

Sorry to hear the manual import did not work. Did you specify a date range for the transactions included within the downloaded file?

Unfortunately we're still working to get this connection problem resolved. We're already implemented a few changes to Moneydance and the connection information, but I'm afraid this hasn't fixed the issues. We're continuing to work on this, and our lead developer is on the case.

Another US Bank customer has reported he spoke with the bank on March 20, and the bank rep advised the problem is at their end. The customer was assured that the bank would soon announce improvements to their online banking program and that the Moneydance problem would be corrected.
We're trying to speak with a member of the US Bank team so we can confirm this is correct.

Can we confirm the correct link of https://www.oasis[.]cfree[.]com/1401.ofxgp that Moneydance is using?

DigiAngeltag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/470675192019-04-15T12:05:39Z2019-04-15T12:05:41ZJava.io.IOException 400 Error

So here we are April 15th, ironically tax day. So...what's the status on this? Any movement to resolution?

DigiAngeltag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/470675192019-04-17T18:06:30Z2019-04-17T18:06:30ZJava.io.IOException 400 Error

I am very glad to let you know that we have a solution for the US Bank connection issue.
The steps for establishing the connection are available below:

First you need to download and install our latest preview from here:
https://infinitekind.com/preview

Once installed, it is necessary to re-create your current connection to US Bank.
(In case of multiple accounts, repeat for each) To do so:

Select your bank account in Moneydance

Select the Online->Setup Online Banking button/menu

Click the "Disable" button. If you don't see a disable button, just close the setup window.

Repeat the previous steps for any additional accounts at the same institution.

Select the Online->Setup Online Banking button/menu (again)

Click the "New Connection" button and select your bank and hit OK

Continue with the setup process, entering your username/password

Make sure you pick new connection, even though your bank is still one of the connection choices after you disable it. Choosing your US Bank (PFM Direct Connect) from the list of available banks will force Moneydance to download the updated information, which should then allow you to connect.

Thank you for your patience and I am very sorry about the time it took to find the solution.

I have to be honest though...blatantly ignoring me since the 22nd of last month was rubbish and reflects poor character on your part. All I asked as for was communication, not a solution, just a status....and you gave nothing after a time.

If you just ignored me because you didn't have any updates, well, bad move...ANY communication is better then none at all. I expect a lot better from you next time breaking issues come up....and if you won't communicate, then hire someone who will.

DigiAngeltag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/470675192019-04-18T13:28:13Z2019-04-18T13:28:13ZJava.io.IOException 400 Error

Hi DigiAngel,

I apologise for the lack of updates as I was working on this. It really did take me far too long to get to the solution, and we should've let you know that work was in progress while it was happening. We will do better in the future.

Thanks,
