Moneydance charges no fees for online banking, so would suggest you contact your bank to cancel any online services they are charging a fee for.

    Hi Jim,

Forum member dwg is correct. It is your financial institution that is charging you.

Personally, I wouldn't bank at any financial institution that charged me a fee to access my own data.

    Hi Jim,

Kevin and dwg are correct. We do not charge any fees to use any feature of the program beyond the initial purchase of a license key. The fees you are seeing are being charged by your bank. You should contact your financial institution and request that they discontinue the service that you're being charged for.

This does not mean, however, that you'll have to manually input all of your transactions from your financial institution. The best way to get your transactions into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download them from your bank's web site. You can download into QFX, QIF, OFX or OFC files (sometimes referred to as Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance. You can also open your bank's download page directly (after entering the appropriate address in the Account->Edit Account menu) by going to the menu bar and selecting Online->Open Account Website.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank you for your interest in Moneydance.
