Duplicate transactions downloading Northern Trust Bank

I have a problem since upgrading to Moneydance 2015.
When I go to download transactions from my checking account, transactions that I have already downloaded- download again. This goes back to the date when I did my upgrade-
so I then merge all the transactions
but this is continual. Northern Trust is my bank

this has become really annoying
