For some reason, I can no longer download my transactions from my bank. MoneyDance says my login or password are wrong, but they haven't changed and it was working. I contacted my bank and they said, "...because of the recent platform change done with Axos Bank, a lot of third party apps are no longer supported. You may need to reach out to MoneyDance to see if there's any trouble shooting on their end that can be done to possibly get you connected again.".

Is there anything on your end that needs to change in order for me to get connected to Axos Bank again? It worked fine until last week.

Thank you.

Todd Bakertag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/471067882019-03-23T20:57:40Z2019-03-23T20:57:41ZAxos Bank Login

Bank of Internet, USA was purchased or changed to Axos Bank last Fall.
They did respond. Basically, Axos bank no longer works with Direct
Connect. I'm not sure what needs to happen from there but that was
their answer.

Thank you.

You can try the suggestion from another Moneydance customer here:

It's unfortunate that it will go from an automatic direct connection, to manual download

TonyRItag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/471067882019-03-27T10:29:56Z2019-03-27T10:29:56ZAxos Bank Login

Hi,

Sorry to hear about the problems you've encountered.

Unfortunately I can confirm Axos Bank and Bank of Internet have stopped supporting Direct Connect. Sorry I don't have better news.

Without Direct Connect, the best way to get your transactions into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download files from your bank's web site.
We recommend you download using the OFX or QFX file format if either of these are available. If not, use the QIF file format. CSV files can also be imported, but the import process is a little more involved. All of these file formats can be imported to Moneydance using File --> Import.

Another customer has reported the Excel format is the only download format available on your banks website.
If this is the case, and the file downloads in the CSV format, this file can be imported using File --> Import. If you download an Excel file, you can open it with spreadsheet software like Excel or Numbers, export to CSV, then import the CSV file to Moneydance.

During the CSV import process, you'll assign the columns within your file to the relevant transaction fields in Moneydance. Let me know if you encounter any problems manually importing your data and we can troubleshoot the issues.
