Hi,
I am having major issues linking money dance with my chase and TD bank accounts.
Can i get someone on the Phone to do this with me? +12673372354.
Chase and TD Bank have confirmed there is nothing wrong on their end and also i just paid 2 times almost 50$ for money dance (first directly through the website and them secondly through the apple app store. If i cant link all of my accounts to pull statements and categorize, annotate, and tally my personal and business expenses then this will not work and i cannot use Moneydance.
Thank you so much!
Ashlee

    Hi Ashlee,

I am a Chase Visa client. I may be able to help you with setting up your Chase account in Moneydance.

First off, you must activate your Chase account for access from 'Desktop Apps'. You do so on the Chase website. The option is rather hidden. If you can't find it, let me know and I'll try to walk you through it.

With your next attempt to connect to Chase with Moneydance you should receive a notice (email) stating that you need to verify your identity with Chase. The email will explain how to do so.

Afterwards, you should be able to connect to Chase.

I am not a TD Bank client.
