What is the format of the file? OFX, OFC, QFX, QIF, something else?

Try opening the file in a simple text editor and see if it reveals any obvious problem.

The only other option from my bank is CSV. I have tried that as well with no success.

Bob Bakertag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/471359532019-04-02T00:09:03Z2019-04-02T00:09:03ZDownload Checking Transactions

Hi Bob,

Can you post a small sample of the CSV file?

I would need to see at least 1 deposit (payment) transaction and 1 withdrawal (charge) transaction to see how they are formatted.

Also stipulate what type of account it is. e.g. bank vs. credit card.

Keep in mind that these are public forums. Make sure that there is no sensitive information (e.g. account numbers) in the CSV file before posting it.
