There have been a number of updates to Direct Connect in the latest preview build of 2019 that is 2019.2(1865).

Hi Shane, if you are currently running 2019.1 you can update at no cost, just download from the link I provided and install. All build updates within a version are always free.

I don't use Direct Connect I always download a transaction file from my online account and import that.
So I cant give you detailed instructions but did you disable syncing for that account, then select the Online->Setup Online Banking menu to re-configure the account, making sure to select the correct account?
