You have to enable Chase Connections by a procedure within your Profile Settings from your Chase Web Site connection. Look under "more settings" and authorize "Desktop Apps". Follow the outlined process.
I have a Citi Credit card and have no problems connecting, however there have been a couple of recent complaints about not being able to connect to Citi.

I have the Citibank Checking, Savings and Credit card accounts.
There is no Citi Bank on the financial institution list - there is only Citi Cards or Citi Investments or Citi Private Bank etc.
There is a separete login for bank accounts and credit cards accounts at Citibank.

Thanks for letting me know about Citi Cards having a different connection setup in Moneydance vs other Citibank accounts. I'm not sure how you proceed with that, but another MD customer may know; certainly, TIK Support would be able to advise you.
