I'm trying out your product and when I click on the option to set up online banking I get the following message...I'm using Windows 10 with the latest updates.... <html>Error: <b>An unexpected error occurred java.net.SocketException: Address family not supported by protocol family: connect</b>

That seems to imply that your system can't make a network connection. Have you some strong firewall rules? Other network blocking software for security? It seems that the application can not access the web.

Also, note that there is not a "trial version". There is only a version for each OS that is in Demonstration mode until unlocked with a paid key. They are the same version.
