Program freezes

The program freezes when I try to re sync with M&T Bank Direct Connect or if I try to download transactions the program wont close.

    I am not support staff, jst a user.

    It could help support or others to help you if you can provide move information.
    The version and build of Moneydance you are running, e.g. 2019.3(1870).
    Your computers operating system.
    The Moneydance error log errlog.txt file.
    When you say "If I try to download transaction" is this part of the Direct Connect process? The more detail on the steps you are using and at what point the program appear to freezes and any error messages you get the better.
    Have you at any time used a second screen?

    I am using the latest version of Moneydance and Windows 10.
    There isn't a problem with the other banks.
    After waiting minutes, the error was.

    Not sure this will help but worth a try. Update to the latest build of Moneydance to give 2019.3(1870) from https://infinitekind.com/preview.
    Once updated post the Moneydance errlog.txt file itself instead of just extracts.
    I take it you have never used s second screen?

    I am a user also. I've been having the same problem with M&T Direct Connect since April 23. I submitted a trouble request to IK on 4/24. I just retried with the latest development build 2019.3 (1870) and confirmed that I get the same error message. From this discussion forum it appears that the problem is more than just M&T. I'm surprised that IK has been so quiet about what's going on. In all of my previous interactions they have been very good.

    I'm a fellow user.

    I am not expert but that looks like a communication problem with the server, so it could be a Moneydance problem if something has been changed on the server or it could just be a problem with the server itself.

    It appears to be a Moneydance problem, since others are having this problem also.
    This needs to be fixed.

    I am having either the same or very similar problems on a Mac. I reported the problem to InfiniteKind on May 9 and provided error logs, etc. as requested. At the time I was told β€œIt is difficult to find the source of the issue, as the connection does work for some but not for all.” I followed up on May 16 and received the same response.

    I'm having a problem with M&T Bank as well. Is anyone related to Moneydance working on this? It hasn't worked for atlas a week. What is going on?

    Make that at least 6 of us. I have exactly the same problem. Sent logs, etc. to IK and have heard nothing for several weeks, just sent again. They might at least communicate with us.

    Yeah.. me too, since April.. new builds do not solve the problem.
