M&T Direct Connect is NOT WORKING. Is IK working on it???

It has been weeks since M&T downloads have worked. Several people are posting about problems. WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT THIS? I paid for a product that is not working and it is ridiculous that no response is given to our inquiries.

Currently researching other personal finance products in the meantime....

    Thank you for contacting us.
    I apologize for the time it is taking to find a solution, it is difficult to pinpoint the source of the issues because the connection works for some and not for others with the same configuration.

    I can assure you that we are working on a solution, unfortunately the previous fixes did not result in a positive outcome for all users.

    Temporarily the only way to get your files into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download them from your bank's web site.
    You can download into QFX, OFX, OFC or QIF files (aka Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance. You can find the steps for manually importing your data in this article.
    You can also open your banks website directly from Moneydance by selecting Online --> Open Account Website, which makes the download process easier.

    I have flagged this discussion to be notified as soon as we have a solution.

    I think they changed the net address for the OFX transfers. I had some success contacting the bank's server using an advanced connection to https://www.oasis.cfree.com/fip/genesis/prod/02601.ofx. I can't get the M&T's server to recognize my credentials. At least the app doesn't hang when using that address and the dialog populates with bank's info. That the most progress I have made in restoring downloads since April!

    That is the old address.. the OFX page information I was able to obtain from M&T website is as follows:

    I tried entering the above information in the Advanced section of Online Setup with the OFX Institution ID of 14770 and the above .aspx link. but no joy. I kept the Org ID "ISC" which I think is wrong and associated with the 2601 settings.

    It has now been a full 7 weeks since I reported this problem to Infinite Kind and submitted my logs. Have the developers given up on this problem? If not, can we at least get some information about progress to date.
