I was able to
download transactions from Capital One 360, but not my credit card.
Which connection do I chose? Also, is there a way to save my
password for the 360 account or manage passwords from all of my
accounts? I'm coming from Quicken where you could manage your
passwords if you changed them. Thanks!</p></div>Amanda Curdtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/383580982015-11-02T20:24:13Z2015-11-02T20:24:13ZCapital One<div><p>Hi Amanda,</p>
<p>Unfortunately, Capital One doesn't support direct OFX
connections for their credit card customers, which Moneydance
requires in order to talk directly to a bank. The best way to get
your transactions into Moneydance is to use a web browser to
download them from your bank's web site. You can download into QFX,
QIF, OFX or OFC files (sometimes referred to as Quicken or MS Money
files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance. You can
also open your bank's download page directly (after entering the
appropriate address in the Account->Edit Account menu) by going
to the menu bar and selecting Online->Open Account Website.</p>
<p>You can set Moneydance to remember your Online Banking passwords
by selecting File ->Passwords from the Moneydance Menu Bar, and
then check the box next to "store online passwords in file."</p>
<p>I hope that this is helpful. Please let us know if we can be of
further assistance!</p>
