Connecting with Capital One 360
Just downloaded the trial copy of Moneydance. (I am a Quicken user for the past 25 years!) Having trouble setting up online banking with Capital One 360 because Moneydance gives me no spot to enter my Access Code as well as my Password. Here is the error message I get in Moneydance:
"There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.
Bank Name: Capital One 360
The error code reported by the server was: 2000
Customer needs an Access Code from Capital One 360 (along with your Customer Number or Saver ID (Username)) in order to pull Capital One 360 info into this tool."
Also, I have 4 funds with Capital One 360 bank: Checking, two Savings Accounts, and a World Mastercard. I assume and hope that the "fix" you provide will cover all.
Thank you,
Irma

Hi Irma,
Can you try downloading an OFX or QFX file with your transactions from your account on Capital One 360's website, then import that into Moneydance, then see if you can download your transactions from within Moneydance after that?

Thank you, Scott. However, I found another easier solution, as posted by another user online. I just typed the Access Code into the Password field, and it worked!!
