We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.

In order to fix the issue described earlier, you need to make sure you select the "Ignore Transaction Types in Favor of Amount Signs" checkbox, in the Network tab of the settings.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have further questions or need any assistance.

Was this a change in the new version? Have other people been blindsided by it? I hope you are going to fix it at your end so others don't have to go hunting for obscure fixes. But I'm glad there was an obscure fix all the same!

David Beldentag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/476974112019-10-06T15:10:15Z2019-10-06T15:10:15ZDownload went wrong

I am not support staff, just a user.

The problem is that Bank of America made a change and they are now breaking the OFX\QFX specification. Most banks still follow the spec, a global change would break imports from the good banks. Hence the workaround was added.

derekkent23tag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/476974112019-10-06T18:24:41Z2019-10-06T18:24:41ZDownload went wrong

Thank you!
