<p>Please find the steps to re-creating a connection, as follow:</p>
<ol>
<li>Go to Citibank CC account and chose "Set up Online Banking"<br></li>
<li>Choose "New Connection" and then select "Citi Cards"<br></li>
<li>Going through the setup you'll be prompted to visit <strong><a href="https://citi.com/datamanagement">https://citi.com/datamanagement</a></strong><br></li>
<li>
<p>Make sure you are <strong>logged out</strong> of Citibank before going to that URL.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Click on <em>ADD ACCESS</em> and followed steps 1 & 2 above.</p>
</li>
</ol>
<p>You might need to try it out on different browsers, to make it work, as suggested by other customers who were successful.</p>

<p>A couple of days ago I made a change to the connection information Moneydance uses to talk to Citi cards OFX servers. Moneydance should automatically update any Citi connections with this information. Anyway, the approval process should now be working for everyone. If you get the "2000" error when connecting, please follow the link from the error message. You'll need to login and approve the connection and from then on Moneydance connections will work.</p>

Thank you very much, it had been months since I could get my 2 Citi cards' transactions downloaded and this time it finally worked. The other gives me the 2000 error again. Tried all the same steps to re-enable the 2nd acct and still can't get it to work. Tried 'resync', disable/enable, open and close entire program, activating the timer in different browsers, etc, and nothing has worked.</p>
<p>I'll just completely disable that account then since it's rarely used anyway.</p></div>Rob
