Csv import

Im trying to export my bank account as a csv for something other than money dance and when i click on the downloaded file it opens in moneydance automatically. How do I stop this please?

    Hi Henrietta

    When you installed Moneydance you probably associated the file type CSV with Moneydance. You need to remove this association. How you do this depends on you operating system. Try google for an answer.

    In windows 10 for example in the search box type FILE TYPE and select “Choose a default app for each type of file”. In the list that appears find “.csv” and click on Moneydance.exe to select a new associated app.
