    Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your query.

    We made a change to the connection information Moneydance uses to talk to Citi cards OFX servers. Moneydance should automatically update any Citi connections with this information.
    Anyway, the approval process should now be working for everyone. When you get the "2000" error when connecting (as you do), please follow the link from the error message. You'll need to login and approve the connection and from then on Moneydance connections will work.

    As noted in the other thread I went through the whole process one more time and it worked.

    I think the reason is I unlinked a closed card from my account at Citi.
