Refund requested

I have tried Moneydance and simply do not like the way it works, the accounts are downloaded with the wrong balances. I have to enter a password for each account even that they are at the same bank. The investment account is completely wrong.
Please issue a refund to my credit card ending in 2004.

    I'd be happy to offer you a refund if you purchased Moneydance directly from our website, but I am inclined to offer you technical assistance first. This is not an attempt to get out of giving you a refund, if that is what you want let me know and I will authorize it. However if there is something specific that I might be able to assist you with, I am at your service.

    Please note that if you purchased Moneydance from a third-party site, such as the Mac App Store/iTunes, you will have to go through their site to process your refund request.

    Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank you for your interest in Moneydance.
