Communication error downloading transactions from bank

Previously I have been able to download transactions from my Discover Bank savings account. I now get a "communication or parsing error".
Any idea how to resolve this issue

We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
Updating to this version: Moneydance 2019.4 (1899) seems to have reportedly fixed the issue with Discover Bank.
