I used to be able to download from banks etc and on the front page the exchange rates were current but there does not seem to be any automatic connection to the internet any more. How do I re-establish it?

Hello,
To clarify, are you having difficulty directly connecting to your banks to download your transactions, or are you having trouble updating your exchange rates? Or both? These are two different issues, and have different possible solutions.
If the issue is with your banks, which banks are you trying to connect to, and what error messages are you receiving when you try to connect?
