Maybe I'm not doing something right (being a new user). I have multiple accounts set up - a mix of BANKS (Checking/savings) and INVESTMENT accounts at investment firms. When I click on "DOWNLOAD ALL", I get prompted for user/pw combination for each account.

Is there a way for MD to SAVE that information so that I don't have to enter my account access info for every account every time? Coming from Quicken, those were always saved after the initial set up.

Thanks ... (really liking this product, btw).

    Hello,

As a security measure, Moneydance will not remember any passwords unless you set a master password for your data file. Go to File -> Passwords from the Moneydance menu bar to set this up. Make sure to choose the “Store Online Passwords in File” option. You'll have to enter in your passwords once again when connecting, but Moneydance will remember them after that.

Please keep your data file's password stored in a safe place. We haven't built in any 'backdoors' to our encryption, so if you forget it, we have no way of helping you retrieve your data.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance,
