My online banking will not work. i'd like to cancel.

    Hello Judith,

    I would be happy to authorize a refund and I am inclined to offer you technical assistance first. This is not an attempt to get out of giving you a refund, if that is what you want let me know and I will authorize it today. However if there is something specific you believe that I might be able to assist you with I am at your service. If you could describe how far you are getting in the setup process for connecting to a bank, which bank you are trying to connect to, and any error messages you are receiving, that would be a good place to start.

    Usaa. I’m using my correct log in but it immediately says unable to login and to call support.

    Hello Judith,

    Other USAA customers have reported that you should use your USAA member number as the username and your PIN as the password.

    If that doesn't work, can you let me know the exact error message you are getting?

    Ok but now the online banking selection is not clickable and is greeted out.

    Ok I got it. Could I link my credit card account to money bank or id have to enter info manually?
