Online credit card payment transaction

New immigrant from Quicken. First time entering an online credit card payment. Had no trouble creating payee....had no trouble entering transaction with split categories...but can't figure out how to change the date from today's date to the desired payment date and can't find any reference to doing that in the knowledge base. Is deleting the transaction and re-entering it with date changed before entering anything else my only option?

   Hi Peggie,

   Try this...

   Highlight the transaction in question.
   Tap the ENTER key on your keyboard.
   Doing so should put the transaction into 'Edit Mode' allowing you to change the date.
   Alternately...
   Double-clicking the transaction should also put it into 'Edit Mode'.

   THANK YOU, Kevin!  That's the information I needed!

   Moneydance is wonderfully similar to Quicken (which I've left after 25
   years), but is just different enough to require a bit of a learning
   curve,  that fortunately isn't too steep and has other users who are
   kind enough to help me climb over it.
