cannot connect to bank to download transactions
I have attached a screenshot. Credentials are correct and I can login to my bank via a browser. Running MD 2019.3 (1880). Thanks!

FYI. For anyone having issues with this, I contacted the CEO of 5/3 bank, and his office just called me, and they are checking into it. Said they will find out what is going on, and let me know as soon as they find out any updates. Maybe some pressure will get it fixed. Anyone else having issues, call 5/3 at 1-800-972-3030. Every call to them helps show they need to do something.

Rahul, I wish I could say there was. Unfortunately 5/3 will only tell me they are checking into it, and will let me know as soon as they find out something. They say they are very short staffed right now due to Covid-19. I understand that, but THEY caused the problem, and only THEY can fix it. I am SO disgusted with their support department. They just dont seem to care at all about their customers. So much for 167% better service. Please anyone having problems call them at 1-800-972-3030. Ask for the Tech Support department and tell them there are already tickets open regarding this problem. Mine is one of several. Even their CEO office that I contacted has not got back to me, I am going to call them again tomorrow and see if I can find out any new updates Will post whatever I get from them here.

Update: Not great news, BUT was just in contact with 5/3 Support division, and still waiting to hear back from CEO office, and word is that they are CLOSE to a solution. They promised to update by FRIDAY this week, so I will post if there is any good news from my end. I am just a user of Moneydance and Fifth Third like all of you are, and trying to help get us all back on line with downloads again. Moneydance support is doing all they can to help, but the problem is with 5/3. We have to wait for them.

Downloaded transactions form Fifth Third for the first time since April 1, 2020. Appears that the issue on Fifth Thirds side has been corrected.

I think you may be right!! I have no NEW transactions to download since
I did them all manually earlier in the day, but it APPEARS to be working
as near as I can tell at this point. Maybe they finally got the message!

It's working for me as well - no changes on my end, the downloads just started working again. Nice work folks for bugging 5/3 enough to get their attention - and thank you.

I was able to successfully connect to Fifth Third and download transactions today. I didn't try to initiate an online bill payment, however.
