Online Banking charge
The software has started charging 9.95 per month for online access. I would like to cancel this fee, but cannot find an option to do so.

Hi David
This is not a fee that Moneydance is charging. We do not charge any fees to use the software. However some banks charge their customers a fee for the service of downloading transactions in to personal finance software. In order to cancel such a service you would need to contact your bank and tell them to turn of Direct OFX connections for your account.
