Uh oh. A new error seems to have popped up after a day and a half. It worked fine yesterday and earlier this morning.
A communication or parsing error occurred. This could be the result of a network problem, a proxy error, or misconfigured server.
Error Description: java.io.IOException: HTTP Error:500 Internal Server Error
Got past the 200 error today after the Citibank updated their servers 2 June.
Had to enable the desktop app access going through my Citibank profile more settings. Then setup online banking on Moneydance using Citi Cards option from the drop down menu.
I am glad this is fixed. I can download again, but I now have 600 duplicate transactions. Thankfully it only duplicated to the middle of November (after the posting of the November statement). Is there a way to fix this. Merge duplicates?
I was just able to get mine to work with the normal "add desktop access" timer.
Not sure what the solution was, didn't see any recent emails. Glad it's fixed, but I would hope MD folks would communicate better on this type of issue.

We've unfortunately heard many reports of this issue with Citi connections over the weekend. It looks like they've changed something on their end again, and we'll try to figure out what that is and make contact with them.
I think we have enough connections logs at the moment, but if you want to send yours as well, please open up a new private thread on our website to send them. Please do not post your connection logs to this thread.
We'll post any updates about this here when we have them. In the meantime, using manual downloads like you all did for the last round of this is the current workaround.
Thanks. I went here first to see if others experienced the same thing and voila! I sure wish Citi would just leave what works alone, unless it's a security thing, cause it's sure frustrating to the customers!!
I have the same problem. The Citi Card download stopped working back in January 2020 and MD fixed the problem around May 2020 now I have the same problem as stated above. Called CITI support and they were not able to help me. So I'm back with MD. Pleas fix this!
