Can't download Edward Jones transactions

Hello,

Up until recently (around May 15) MD has been connecting to my Edward Jones accounts and downloading transactions correctly. For the past week, however, every download attempt produces this error:

"java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect"

All other account downloads work fine.

MD Version: 2019.3 (1880)

Please advise.

    Thank you, Derek. That article seemed right on target. But then, before
    I could take the steps it recommended, the downloads started working
    again. So either Edward Jones or InfiniteKind must have changed something.

    More likely that your bank had a problem which they fixed.

    Main thing is it is working again.

    We've heard from a few customers that they sorted out whatever they changed on their end, and downloads are working again. Let us know if that's not the case.
