If Bank of America customer support has told you that they have activated your accounts for direct connections, then you should be able to connect. However, we have received consistent information from customers for the past few years that Bank of America will not activate any accounts for direct connections, although they don't appear to be deactivating accounts that are currently activated (at least for now). Make sure that they're referring to what Quicken calls Direct Connect, not another service like Web Connect. I'm inclined to think that their customer support didn't understand your question, but if not, there's no harm in trying to connect.
