How can I correct this and avoid duplicating these entries again with future downloads? Thanks,

David Morristag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/483711792020-05-29T22:09:59Z2020-05-29T22:09:59ZDuplicate entries

I'm a fellow user.

This is the initial expected behaviour. The QIF format handled the basic raw transaction data, but it cannot handle things like transaction IDs which are used in the OFX format to identify duplicates. When you then go to download data from your bank either through Direct Connect of OFX downloads the transactions come through with IDs

I would suggest you read the Knowledge Base article on confirming data, of particular relevance is the advise on merging transactions.

Merging downloaded OFX formatted transactions with the migrated data will add the transaction IDs into Moneydance and thus prevent the transaction downloading again.

dwg
