connection to USAA?

Has anyone succeeded in setting up Direct Connect to USAA Federal Savings Bank? They don't appear to be willing to connect to anything but Quicken. Although Moneydance uses the same kind of connection as Quicken, the USAA rep I talked to didn't want to help.

Hello,
We've heard from other USAA customers that when setting up direct connections in Moneydance (https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/online-banking-and-bill-pay/d...), you should use your member number as your user ID and your PIN as the password.
If that doesn't seem to work for you, please let us know the specific error message you are getting when you try to set up your accounts.
