This was fixed for a while. Today it stopped working again. The error displayed is different now (see attached screenshot). The same credentials used in MD work on the website. Just like before. MD still shows as authorized desktop app on the website.

Yep, Citi card downlaods started failing like this again yesterday. Do Quicken users have this problem too, or is it just Moneydance?

We're looking into it. We've received many reports about this over the weekend. Unfortunately the error messages are very vague. We'll post updates when we have them.

I am not support staff, just a user.
