each time I try to connect to bank w 2019 on new Mac
I get error 2003
acct not found
any ideas
sign in is no different from 2015/2017 on old computer

    Can you clarify if you have copied your existing data file over onto your new computer? This should retain all of your bank connection information. Or are you trying to create a new data file, and a completely new connection?

    I exported a gif file to iCloud and imported it to new computer from there

    I also tried to create a new act to access bank w appropriate info and it also came up w error code 2003 from server

    I'm a fellow user.

    I would suggest you just copy the data set between machined using say a thumb drive. QIF files are generally used when migrating between personal finance programs (not versions) or in downloads from Financial institutions

    I agree, exporting using a QIF file will mean you would lose a lot of your information from your previous version, such as all of your bank connection information, reminders, budgets, etc. Try copying your data file itself to your new computer by following the instructions int he link dwg gave above and let us know if that makes a difference.
