transactions not showing as cleared

Just converted to Moneydance. Online banking communicates without errors. Transactions are all listed, but not marked cleared. Re-attempts gives the message that there is nothing to download. Only a few of the downloaded transactions had a blue dot. How can I correct this?

Hello Gary,
In general, transactions should not appear as cleared when you download them. "Cleared" in Moneydance refers to being cleared in the reconciliation process: https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/register-and-transactions/rec...
It sounds like maybe you are describing transactions are being downloaded as already confirmed (as in, without that blue dot)? If so, try going to your preferences window, and in the Network tab, and make sure the "Automatically Merge Downloaded Transactions" option is not active.
