NONE of my accounts will work

I can't get my bank accounts to load, my credit cards. At a total loss. Please help since I just purchased this software and so far no luck :(

    I think you need to provide more information. What version of MD, Windows or Mac, what screens are you trying to use and what errors are you getting? Has it ever worked for you? Or is this a training/education type question?

    Hi Both

    If you want help you will need to provide a lot more information.

    How are you attempting to get transaction data from you bank, Direct Connect, embedded or external browser to sign into your online account and download a QFX/OFX or QIF file with the intension of importing it into Moneydance.

    What is your Bank?

    Have you read the relevant support articles at https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/online-banking-and-bill-pay

    Are you getting error messages, etc, etc.

    Joe, from your other post, a DOWNLOAD button is only highlighted if you have setup DIRECT CONNECT for the account or if you are instead attempting to use a browser and has setup your banks online login address under ACCOUNT - EDIT ACCOUNT. Note the embedded browser dos not yet work for all banks. To use your external browser, hold down the Ctrl key (⌘ on Mac) then click DOWNLOAD.

    Hi Derek. Thank you for the great reply/info. I'm completely new to Moneydance (Quicken user for years). I simply follow the steps to add new account, filled out all required information, then it gives me error code 2000. I even called Wells Fargo to verify if they had a security block, they claim they did not. Same exact thing happens with my Chase account. The ONLY account so far I've been successful adding is my Discover card. It simply brings up my account online for me to sign in to. Download doesn't work or do anything? I'm thinking Moneydance maybe isn't for me?

    For Discover card it looks like manual download from there online wed site is the only option, see https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/discussions/online-banking/15756...

    Haven’t read anything about Wells Fargo so don’t know if this is a good or bad sign.

    Hopefully support or other Moneydance users of these banks may be able to help.
