Unable to connect First Tech Credit Union

Hello, I used to connect to First Tech via MD in the past. I just upgraded to 2020 MD today and I am unable to see First Tech for online banking. Please provide instructions on how I connect to First Tech for checking etc... downloads or this version of MD is useless and I would like credit. Thanks Imtiaz
