error code 2000 with citi

Unable to connect with citi to download transactions. i have granted access to moneydance on Citi site several times, but still get error code 2000 when i try to finish set up in moneydance. Suggestions? have the latest version of moneydance, 2021.

    I'm a fellow user.

    If you are using the "new connection" option and it still does not work you could try to completely reset the connection.
