Cannot connect to my USAA checking
Hi,
Just switched back from Quicken but cannot connect to my USAA checking. I have verified I have the correct password. I've also tried my pin, which I also verified, but neither work. Help?

I'm a fellow user.
According to my notes you should use your member number as your username and your PIN as your password for USAA when using Direct Connect.
