Can't Set Up Online Banking

Hello,

I'm having trouble setting up my online banking. After I enter my bank (Chase) username and password I get an error message "USER NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS THE SYSTEM WITH THIS APPLICATION" (error code 2000). Please let me know how to set this up successfully.

    Hi Carrie,

    Try this...

    Log onto the Chase website.
    Click onto the Customer Center tab.
    Look for a link to 'Activate Quicken, Quickbooks etc.'
    (the text may be worded a little differently)
