not downloading from my bank
I've been using MoneyDance for years, and suddenly last week it won't download information from my bank. I haven't changed banks, and haven't changed anything on MD. I have accounts with two separate banks- Chase and USAA- and the Chase accounts download just fine, but not USAA. Any suggestions on what I can to do get it talking to USAA again?

Unfortunately, USAA made a change on their end that seems to have disabled direct OFX connections, which Moneydance and other software requires to directly communicate with their servers. We're working to resolve this, but they unfortunately haven't been that communicative about the issue. I've flagged this message, and will post any updates about this issue when we have them.
