Can't Setup
After purchasing the program and importing a data file from Quicken, why am I not able to set up Online Banking?

To clarify, are you following the steps for setting up direct connections available at http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/online-banking/setting-up-online-ba...? If so, where are you running into trouble in the process?

I’m trying to follow those steps but the Setup Online Banking is greyed out.

Hi Richard,
A possible reason for 'Setup Online Banking' being grayed out is that you are viewing the Summary Page rather than the account that you are interested in setting up.
