Online Banking not working

I've set up online banking with my Carolina Alliance Bank Account, but when I click, "Download All Accounts" It says, there are no accounts to be downloaded. And, "Download Checking Account Transactions" also is greyed out. Can you help, please?

    Can you confirm that you set up your accounts by following the steps at

    Typically, options for the Online menu that are account specific, such as Download Checking Account Transactions are not active unless the setup process has been completed for that account, or if you have not clicked on that account to open its register before going to the Online menu.
