unable to get online banking to work
I have been unable to set up online banking for any of my direct connect accounts. When I try to check the box that says Online Banking, nothing works.

Command ⌘ instead of
Control ^ on Mac

What version of MD?
Are you selecting the account on the left side bar first?

Used it this afternoon and it worked......thanks a lot! If I had to stick
with Quicken I would lose my mind!

Just installed this on a MAC and all of the online banking stuff is greyed out in the dropdown menu and we cannot add accounts, which is the major feature we wanted. Please help.

I'm a fellow user.
Online Banking being greyed out is often a sign that you are trying to add accounts while viewing Moneydance's Summary Page.
You need to have created the account and be viewing the transaction register for the Online Banking item in the menu to be active.
