Unconfirmed transactions not displaying

Performed my monthly transaction downloads this morning, all but one account imported .QFX downloads normally. One bank, my main working bank BB&T, downloaded the QFX file successfully. Opened file with Moneydance, the unconfirmed transaction blue radio button appeared, but none of the transactions displayed under any display setting (All, Unconfirmed, Uncleared, etc.) At the bottom of the dashboard "64 Unconfirmed Transactions" is displayed. Since I repeated the transaction download twice I think this is duplicate downloads. I also tried a .CSV import same result: nothing new is displayed.

Help resolving this would be much appreciated.

    Update:

    I still had a few days left on my Quicken account and uploaded the same file that I had downloaded from the bank in question. Transactions uploaded and displayed normally so there is no question about the integrity of the downloaded .QFX file.

    I'm a fellow user.

    I suspect you may have split view mode selected.

    Two solutions if you have

    1. If you want to remain in split mode do down to the unconfirmed transaction bar, click and old down the left mouse button and drag the bar up and the unconfirmed transactions should be revealed.

    2. If you do not want split view mode click on the icon to the right of the New Transaction button to go into single view mode.

    Well thank you so much, that was exactly the problem! Now I just have to clean up a bunch of duplicate transactions from repeated tries to download.

    Hello,

    I have the same problem, but it is an investment account and there is no split view button next to the new transaction button. Even when I filter the transactions, nothing shows up in the unconfirmed category.

    How do I address this in an investment account?

    With the investments two things to initially check are:

    1. Is there any transaction data in the OFX/QFX file. Open it in a text editor or word processor and check.

    2. Have the transactions been imported into the wrong account.

    Hello,

    It is in the right account so I am checking option 1. However, Are there lines to remove or edit in a particular way? If I do, how does that fix the warning on Moneydance?

    Lots of questions but I’m not sure what I am looking for.

    UPDATE: I realize that I jumping to another thread that may be unrelated to the issue since the question referred to unconfirmed transactions in a non-investment account. I will be moving the question to the problems section. I am sorry for jumping in here.
