Schwab giving general error 2000

For both Schwab bank and Schwab brokerage, I am getting a generic 2000 error. The sign on seems to go ok, but then it just responds with generic error. Is this a problem with Schwab or with the proxy server that Sean set up for Schwab? I have no problem complaining to Schwab about their service but I want to make sure I have a valid complaint.

Here is the response OFX, as you can see the SIGNON replies success but then the message replies "General Error 2000" which is not all that helpful.

Schwab says that they are "conducting routine maintenance" but that shouldn't start for another 12 hours?
"To ensure we're delivering the best experience possible, we'll be conducting routine systems maintenance on Schwab.com and our mobile app on Saturday, June 19, from 11:00 p.m. ET until approximately 11:00 a.m. ET on Sunday, June 20. During this time, some functionality may not be available, including Transfers and Payments. We apologize for any inconvenience."

    It appears to be working for me (although I don't have any transactions to download, it does say "downloaded zero transactions").

    Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your query.
    We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
    It sounds like it could have been a been a temporary disruption from the bank's end as they mentioned. I can confirm that we have not received any other reports about this. So, hopefully the service went back to function as normal in the meantime.
