Processed transactions not clearing

Using MD 2021.1 (3069) on an Intel Mac running Big Sur version 11.4

When I start to process a recurring online banking transaction I have noticed that I must manually refresh the online bill payment window to clear any online bills that have the status processed. I did not used to have to do this. If I forget get an error which I was able to dismiss and then go refresh the online bill payment to clear out all of the bills with a status of processed. Then I could process my new payment.

Starting with this version of MD I am not able to clear the error if it occurs. I have to actually quit MD to get out of a loop where I close the error and it keeps re-trying and getting the error again. I know back in MD 2021 (3034) I was able to clear the error and update the online banking window and then it would allow me to enter a new payment without re-starting MD.

Is this a known issue?

    Wondering could you check your Moneydance settings via File --> Preferences, and under the 'Network' tab? Do you have your 'Mark Transactions as Cleared When Confirmed' ticked / selected?

    Thank you for the follow-up.

    I do not have the 'Mark Transactions as Cleared When Confirmed' ticked / selected.

    So, I should try selecting this I assume?

    Hey Melissa,

    Selecting that preference did not correct the issue I am seeing. All it did was mark a transaction cleared in my ledger but it did not update the Bill Pay status. I have attached a screen shot of the "Online Bill Payment" window.

    You will see there are three entries that show "Processed" status but they are all cleared in my account ledger. Before I can send another Online Bill Payment to one of these I must manually refresh the Online Bill Payment window. I did not used to have to do this. Previously if I confirmed the transaction in my account ledger it would clear the "Processed" item from here and be ready to process another payment.
